{"id":53754,"date":"2022-06-23T18:25:05","date_gmt":"2022-06-23T22:25:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/?p=53754"},"modified":"2022-06-23T18:25:14","modified_gmt":"2022-06-23T22:25:14","slug":"lehigh-acres-woman-celebrates-her-107th-birthday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/2022\/06\/lehigh-acres-woman-celebrates-her-107th-birthday\/","title":{"rendered":"Lehigh Acres woman celebrates her 107th birthday"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A Lehigh Acres woman is celebrating her 107th birthday and dancing into a new year of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/gwen-H-plying.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-53755\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/gwen-H-plying.png 1024w, https:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/gwen-H-plying-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/gwen-H-plying-768x432.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Gwen Hutchinson is surrounded by family and friends, who traveled from all over Florida to be with her on her 107th birthday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTo see everybody come to see me and celebrate with me,\u201d Hutchinson said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite her age, Gwen plays the piano, gets around by herself, and can dance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kelly Heron, community relations manager at Lehigh Acres place said, \u201cThere\u2019s really not much she can\u2019t do.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What\u2019s her secret to living and living well?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gwen said, God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPut your trust in him and pray for him have a good heart for people,\u201d Hutchinson said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gwen\u2019s loved ones made it clear she has a huge heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ginger Petruzzelli, Gwen\u2019s friend said, \u201cshe\u2019s a wonderful person. Carry giving and will give you the shirt off her back.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yvette Maitland-Vargas, Gwen\u2019s niece said she\u2019s a very loving person and has a lot of friends. Her memory is amazing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Something she reminisces on often is being a nurse.
