They say she was not wearing a seatbelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to a witness the car lost control and hit a tree. Then explosion and the car went up in flames. That fire has since been extinguished. FHP confirmed the witness\u2019s story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"480\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Viveros.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-52591\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Viveros.jpg 480w, https:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Viveros-240x300.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The driver, 26-year-old Osvaldo Viveros, sustained serious injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Troopers say Viveros faces charges of DUI Manslaughter and driving without a valid license involving death.
