Deputy Holloway or that is who he states he was called went into lee county sheriff for 4 high school kids tearing up private and public land in Lehigh Acres at 3013 35th st w<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The call went in at 436 pm Deputy Holloway made an entrance at 536 pm 1 hour later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He called on the private line and I quote what I can do for you upon stating this I asked we requested a deputy to assist in 4 high school kids tearing up private and state and county lands I do have pictures of the kids 1 name is Issac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now Deputy Holloway blew his horn and approached my home at a very high rate of speed screaming at me on the phone I\u2019m in front of your house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He turned around and drove over the lawn and stopped his car and got out and hastily became very aggressive to me?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I stated to him it took 1 hour to respond to me and he stated he was busy at this point I stated to him that I have already turned information to Sherriff Marceno, Captain Mallard, Sgt Trescot, Deputy Hitrick, and Gov Desantis?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At this point, he got back in his car and burned the tires in front of my house, and sped off at the very high rate of speed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now my wife witnessed this and my neighbors also did so it is evident your deputy was very hostile and angry and really did not want to deal with these issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FYI this is 2nd time this week I have heard deputies are too busy to handle complaints in Lehigh Acres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a formal complaint and I have escalated this to Gov Desantis office to review the ability to review Sheriff Marceno and his department now I have escalated to the federal level to have the DOJ review these issues in Lehigh Acres and deputies and Sheriff Marceno ability to manage the law enforcement of Lee County?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
