A judge is allowed to grant an exemption for a child only under extenuating circumstances.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The teenager, known only as \u201cJane Doe\u201d because of being a minor within the court system, applied for an exemption that would allow her to terminate the life of her baby. The child did in-fact apply with a previous judge who denied her request as she did not meet criteria for the exemption. Upon appeal however, with the help of an attorney by the name of Rinky Parwani, was able to find a judge to grant the teenager\u2019s request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The young girl informed the court that she will gather information on abortion and if she follows through with the termination of her baby\u2019s life, her boyfriend will drive her to the clinic and his mother will pay for it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Paul Waldmiller Did you know that a Florida state judge violated Florida law by granting a child a request to have an abortion over her parent\u2019s wishes?
