A Lehigh Acres teenager turned himself in to Lee County Sheriff\u2019s deputies after he tried to run over his ex-girlfriend\u2019s uncle on Monday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Authorities said 16-year-old Nathan Mikolak showed up at the sheriff\u2019s office with his mother hours after the incident. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mikolak was dating Chuck Grillo\u2019s niece, Summer, about three years ago. Chuck is a little dinged up after getting hit by Mikolak\u2019s car but is happy he wasn\u2019t hurt worse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It all started when Grillo says Mikolak located his niece at his house. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \u201cMy wife goes \u2018Chuck, get up! Get up!\u2019 And I\u2019m like \u2018what\u2019s wrong?\u2019 And she goes \u2018Some kids beating up on another kid out here,\u2019\u201d said Grillo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grillo was napping with his son when a neighbor\u2019s security camera captured Mikolak pull into the driveway. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHe has some sort of obsession with me,\u201d said Summer, who didn\u2019t want to be fully identified out of fear. \u201cHe used to stalk me at my old house, taking photos of me through the window. He\u2019s sent me pictures of guns to his head. It really has just been a stalker issue at this point.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To create space between the two, Summer said she moved in with her uncle in Lehigh Acres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, once Mikolak tracked her down, deputies say he tried to fight Hunter, a friend Summer was hanging out with. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThey ran around the house a few times and Nathan turned back around and ended up hitting me and putting me to the ground,\u201d Summer said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grillo ran outside to break up the fight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI wanted to hit him and I was like \u2018Nah, I\u2019m not going to hit him,\u2019 so I pushed him,\u201d he said. \u201cHe ran to his car. As he was running he goes \u2018I\u2019m going to kill you! I\u2019m going to kill you!\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the security camera video, Mikolak backed up and then floored it forward with Grillo right in his path. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhen I turned he nails me on the side. I flip up in the air and I land on the ground,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mikolak sped away and left Grillo banged and bruised up. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMy hand, you look, is all bruised up,\u201d Grillo said. \u201cMy knees, are all bruised up and tore up. I\u2019m 51-years-old. I don\u2019t move like I was 25 anymore.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mikolak turned himself in to deputies later on Monday with his mother. He\u2019s being held in juvenile detention on aggravated battery charges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If and when he gets out, Grillo is scared he\u2019s going to come back with more than just a gun. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m afraid that my kids are going to get (in) the crossfire of it,\u201d he said. \u201cThis kid has threatened my life and my family\u2019s life now.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
