The following activities are free to the public:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Adult Programs<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Book Discussion: \u201cThe Four Winds\u201d by Kristin Hannah<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3:30 p.m.<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;Monday, Nov. 1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Texas, 1934. One of the darkest periods of the Great Depression, the Dust Bowl era has arrived with a vengeance. In this uncertain and dangerous time, Elsa Martinelli, like so many of her neighbors, must make an agonizing choice: fight for the land she loves or go west to California in search of a better life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>East County Craft Club: Acrylic Pour Paintings<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2 p.m.<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;Saturday, Nov. 6<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Create unique, abstract works of art with acrylic pours. This program is intended for adults ages 18 and up.
