On April 15th, 2020, a Lee County Sheriff\u2019s Deputy witnessed an altercation near a roadway in Fort Myers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Two men got into a Cadillac Escalade and fled the scene. The vehicle was then driven erratically to evade law enforcement. When the vehicle stopped, Russell, the driver, jumped out and ran. Deputies with the Lee County Sheriff\u2019s Office quickly apprehended him and took him into custody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sentencing is scheduled for October 28th.
