The inspector cited the truck for 13 violations. Five were high priority violations, including non-food-grade takeout bags used to store tamales; raw pork and beef stored over salsa and cilantro in a reach-in cooler; rice and meats held at improper temperatures; and, per the inspector&#8217;s notes,\u00a0&#8220;Approximately 20 live flies in the mobile unit.
