In May 2020, the defendant broke into a home in Lehigh Acres by going through a window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A 13-year-old boy was home alone. When the teen heard the man breaking in, he ran out of the house to safety. Brock then stole an X-Box game system and controller and fled. He pawned the stolen items, the victim\u2019s Christmas presents, two hours later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Lee County Sheriff\u2019s Office investigated the crime scene. The item was pawned on May 6th. A detective investigating the burglary went to the pawnshop on May 11th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While there a worker pointed out that the defendant was in the store. The detective then confronted Brock.
