Branning but never showed. A bench warrant issued for Fox resulted in his arrest Wednesday and he remains in jail on no bond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He will be arraigned on the new charges on Sept. 8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Sheriff\u2019s Office report said a deputy on traffic duty on April 5 on Michael G.
