While receiving care, patients have the right to decide who may or may not visit, and those visitors are allowed without regard to race, color, national origin, language, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, or socioeconomic status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"240\" height=\"56\" src=\"https:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Lehigh-regional.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7707\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We are only allowing 1 visitor per patient due to the heightened awareness of the Delta Variant.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our staff and caregivers understand the important role that visitors and support persons play and every effort is made to ensure that our patients\u2019 support person is embraced as a valued member of the care team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>To safeguard the comfort of all our patients, visitors are asked to talk quietly and leave promptly when visiting hours have ended.<\/li><li>The visiting times and\/or the number of visitors may be limited in certain circumstances \u2013 and vary unit by unit &#8211; to protect the health, safety, and privacy of our patients.<\/li><li>If visitors are not feeling well or have an illness that can be transferred to our patients, please refrain from visiting.<\/li><li>Visitors must follow infection control precautions, keep noise to a minimum, refrain from taking photographs or videos, and comply with restrictions on smoking, alcohol and illegal substances.<\/li><li>Before entering and after leaving your loved one&#8217;s room, make sure to wash your hands.<\/li><li>1 visitor per family<\/li><li>All children must be in the company of a responsible adult and may not be left unattended.<\/li><li>Children must be 18 and over.<\/li><li>Masks are mandatory while in the hospital.<\/li><li>The mask must cover your nose.<\/li><li>If you do not have a mask one will be provided for you.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Visiting Hours<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to COVID-19, for the safety of our patients and visitors, our hours are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monday through Friday: 9 am to 8 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saturday: 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sunday: 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Patient Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bedside nurse is the best source of information about the patient. Your family spokesperson can call the unit desk for information on the condition of your loved one.
