Kohut was originally facing three vehicular homicide charges but was convicted on lesser charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Olivia Kohut was found guilty by a jury Thursday, according to court records. She was previously&nbsp;arrested in 2019&nbsp;for the crash that happened on October 18, 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chester and Dawn Baker as well as their 4-year-old son Jamison all died in the crash. Florida Highway Patrol troopers, who arrested Kohut, said she was speeding in a pickup truck and slammed into the side of the Baker\u2019s car at East 14th Street and North Avenue in Lehigh Acres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kohut was not hurt in the crash, but her 11-year-old daughter suffered minor injuries at the time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A woman was convicted on three counts of reckless driving for a 2018 crash that killed a Lehigh Acres family of three.
