They can play out stories, discover details and feel the sense of accomplishment when they build and play with LEGO,\u201d said LEGOLAND Florida Resort President Rex Jackson. \u201cWith PLANET LEGOLAND, there are no rules, just unlimited creativity, empowering children to make the world a brighter place.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"704\" height=\"528\" src=\"https:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/l2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-48293\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/l2.jpg 704w, https:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/l2-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 704px) 100vw, 704px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>As guests enter, they will encounter a six-foot wide LEGO globe, built out of more than 200,000 bricks, awaiting their creations. The first step is to select from one of four different themed stations where guests will create their masterpieces. A LEGO model of a castle spaceship sits atop the building table inspired by&nbsp;<strong>Dragons, Knights and Princesses<\/strong>; a LEGO pirate ship with a lightbulb mast inspires those building at the&nbsp;<strong>Vehicles<\/strong>&nbsp;station; a LEGO surfing dragon leads creativity at the station for&nbsp;<strong>Ninjas<\/strong>; and a LEGO racing tortoise poses for inspiration at the station for&nbsp;<strong>Creatures and Animals<\/strong>. A DUPLO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>&nbsp;station is also available for those younger guests with smaller hands. The stations are designed to encourage guests to explore their individual passions as they build, unbuild and rebuild creations using their imagination. Once built, guests are encouraged to take a selfie with their model and share it using&nbsp;<strong>#RebuildTheWorld<\/strong>&nbsp;for all to see. Final step is to place individual models on the globe and once each child places their model, they have helped rebuild the world!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"PLANET LEGOLAND\" width=\"1110\" height=\"624\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/VJunmLYHlJ0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As the LEGO globe at PLANET LEGOLAND spans six-feet, guests will maintain that same distance when building in this new experience and all safety guidelines such as face masks, the use of hand sanitizer and reduced capacity will be managed. All bricks in the space will be \u201cquarantined\u201d for 72 hours after being sanitized, and the build stations will be cleaned several times a day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LEGOLAND will host a sneak peek for Annual Passholders with an Exclusive Preview Event on April 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PLANET LEGOLAND is coming to other LEGOLAND Resorts across the globe this spring and summer including LEGOLAND\u00ae Billund Resort, LEGOLAND\u00ae California Resort, LEGOLAND\u00ae Deutschland Resort, LEGOLAND\u00ae Japan Resort, LEGOLAND\u00ae Malaysia Resort and LEGOLAND\u00ae Windsor Resort.
