Josefina Alcantar known as Fina to her family and friends, 67 of Lehigh Acres Florida passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, January 26, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fina was born in Fort Myers Florida on February 7, 1953, to Felicita Soto Sanchez. She was the oldest of 5 siblings. Her family lived in Immokalee Florida and later moved to Wauchula Florida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fina and her husband Juan fell in love and began their journey on December 25, 1967.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They later married on March 6, 1969. Fina and Juan settled in Immokalee Florida where they raised their family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fina was a loving mother and volunteered at her children’s school in her spare time. She was a devoted wife and mother, who would do anything and everything for her family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fina is survived by her ever-loving husband of 51 years Juan Luis Alcantar and 8 children, Juan Luis Alcantar Jr (Helen), Mary Ann Alcantar, Maricella DeLisle (James), Esmeralda Becerra (Ramiro), Juan David Alcantar (Juanita), Jose Daniel Alcantar, Cristoval Alcantar, Alejandro Alcantar and 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Surviving is also her mother Felicita Soto Sanchez, sisters Lydia Gallegos, Elida Perez, many nieces, and nephews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fina was preceded in death by her grandbaby Jonathon Matthew DeLisle, brothers Juan Sanchez III, and Joel Sanchez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A small private celebration of life in Fina\u2019s honor is planned in the near future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
