The Fire Dept says it broke and cannot build fire station 6 and is now 11 Million dollars in debt but the fire commissioners found $50,000 taxpayers\u2019 dollars which is 75% of a Firefighters salary to spend on convincing the voters in Lehigh Acres to vote YES to the new Fire Fee assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Randy Allen-Scott you is running for Florida House Seat 79 has filed an emergency elections complaint<\/a> against Lehigh Acres Fire Dept in care for Fire Chief Robert Dilallo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Allen-Scott complaint states the following: The fire district is spending taxpayer money to campaign for approval of a referendum to be held on August 18, 2020, in violation of Chapter 106 OF THE Florida Statutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
