The ICAC Task Force is a U.S. Department of Justice national network of detectives who proactively investigate and prosecute persons involved in child abuse and child exploitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Pr-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-46992\" width=\"261\" height=\"331\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Pr-1.png 454w, https:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Pr-1-236x300.png 236w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 261px) 100vw, 261px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI mean it when I say that I have zero tolerance for any kind of abuse,\u201d stated Sheriff Carmine Marceno. \u201cIf you victimize anyone in Lee County, especially a child, you will go to jail. I will devote whatever resources necessary to make certain that abusers like him get exactly what they deserve.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On January 19, 2020, the Lee County Sheriff\u2019s Office was made aware of sexually explicit images of a child being discovered on the cell phone of Cecil Brodrick Hutchins (DOB 10\/04\/1997). Detectives with the Lee County Sheriff\u2019s Office Special Victims Unit \u2013ICAC Members assumed the investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A search warrant was subsequently authored and signed for a forensic download. The Lee County Sheriff\u2019s Office Digital Forensic Examiner completed the examination. Detectives reviewed the examination and discovered that Hutchins\u2019 cell phone contained explicit images of a prepubescent female.
