Lee County Sheriff\u2019s Office East District detectives executed a search warrant at the home of Timothy Lancaster on the 4100 block of East 19th Street in Lehigh Acres.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lancaster, a criminal registrant, may not be in possession of firearms, ammunition or electronic weapons unless his firearm rights have been restored. Detectives verified that Florida\u2019s Office of Executive Clemency has yet to restore these rights.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, Lancaster had been served with an injunction, in July of 2011, prohibiting him from purchasing a firearm or other weapon.\u00a0Upon execution of the search warrant, a number of safes were located inside of the residence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A safe in Lancaster\u2019s bedroom contained an Anderson AM-15 assault-style rifle fitted with a \u201cBump-fire stock,\u201d now prohibited in the state of Florida. A .45 caliber Springfield, a Glock 19 (9mm), 25 grams of Methamphetamine, 5 grams of Cocaine as well as Testosterone Cypionate and Deca Durabolinb (both Schedule 3 Controlled Substances) were also found in the bedroom safe.\u00a0Two small safes located in a front bedroom contained \u201cSustanon,\u201d another Schedule 3 Controlled Substance and 2.1 grams of Fentanyl.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Timothy Lancaster (DOB 02-07-1981) was arrested and charged with Possession of Weapon or Ammo by a Convicted Felon, Possession of Bump Fire Stock, four counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Amphetamine Trafficking, Cocaine Possession and Marijuana Possession (over 20 grams).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
