He said he plans to ease some restrictions in the next phase so that \u201ckids will have a little bit more to be able to do,\u201d but he didn\u2019t elaborate on what that would look like or when it might happen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gov.
