As indicated in prior preparation post for the order to come the Chief Judge has issued an order no bond for all those arrested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This only applies to chapter 381 order of an infectious person to isolate!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is misapplied #fakenews it only pertains to violation of Chapter 381 the governor issued his order under 252.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

381 is if a local health official says you have a disease and orders isolation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The implications of the fake news reporter left out the clear separation of law required in the governors order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within the order, the judge quotes the law that was issued by the Florida Supreme court in 1943. That law applied to carriers of infectious diseases.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
