Will customer service be open? Can I still come in to pay my bill, start service or discuss other billing-related issues?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Florida Governmental Utility Authority recommends that you utilize our many payment options rather than come in to pay at the cashier. Lines are sometimes long with many people and we would like to support the global effort of social distancing by reducing all, but the most critical, person to person interactions. Therefore please:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Pay online at www.FGUA.COM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Pay over the phone @ 855-396-1256.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Never be late again!!! Sign up for autopay where payments are debited from your account on your due date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Drop the payment in the box&#8230;right next to the entrance door of the local business office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If dropping off paperwork or starting new service, download our new service packet at www.FGUA.COM then call (239) 368-1615 to begin new service over the phone. You will still need to submit a completed application. Please use the following methods to submit your application:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Mail it to \u2013 9841 Bernwood Place Drive, Unit 120, Fort\nMyers, FL 33966.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Email it to &#8211; FGUALEE@uswatercorp.net<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Drop it in the drop box \u2013 located next to the entrance door of the local business office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. What if I am disconnected or I\u2019m paying on my due date, will I be late if I drop it in the dropbox?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Late fees will be waived as we monitor this situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The Florida Governmental Utility Authority has suspended disconnects for the next 30 days as we continue to monitor the situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. I was speaking to a Utility employee and they stepped away from me and I wasn\u2019t even sick?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please know that the distance is not intended to offend, but our employees will create reasonable social distance when possible to ensure the safety of both the customer and themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
