Cristian Alvarado of Lehigh Acres is a sixth grade student\nat Harns Marsh Middle School.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harns Marsh Middle school, learning and leadership teacher\nApril Ketron wrote \u201cevery day during lunch I sit at a table with our most\nsevere special education students that need help eating lunch. These students\nare not able to communicate. One day while I was sitting at the table with\nthose students Cristian walked up out of a group of five hundred middle school\nstudents and handed me cash and said he wanted to buy ice cream for the\nstudents I was sitting with at the table. It was so unselfish and kind to see a\nstudent use his own money for good. I believe because of his unselfish behavior\nand extremely kind gesture exemplifies doing the right thing.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Angel Majano of Lehigh Acres, is a first grade student at\nSunshine Elementary School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sunshine Elementary School, first grade teacher Aleida\nRivera wrote \u201cAngel should be honored because he is always displaying a\npositive attitude in the classroom. He has great listening skills and is always\nwilling to lend a helping hand. He like to encourage others to follow the rules\nand has a great sense of community in our classroom.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michael Oreldano of Lehigh Acres, is a first grade student\nat Sunshine Elementary School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sunshine Elementary School, first grade teacher Aleida\nRivera wrote \u201cMichael is a very honest, humble, kind and responsible student.\nHe comes to school, each day, with a positive attitude and always encouraging\nothers to be polite and respectful. He has a great sense of community. He is\nalso an active participant in the classroom, making him the perfect role\nmodel.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Audrey Acosta of Lehigh Acres, is a fifth grade student at\nSunshine Elementary School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sunshine Elementary School, fifth grade teacher Deb Rife\nwrote \u201cAudrey was being made to feel that she was not wanted in a group that\nshe normally hangs with at school. Instead of allowing the students to get to\nher and cause bigger problems, she kindly excused herself from the situation\nand went to work and play with a s student who was alone.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Davlin Castaneda Luna of Lehigh Acres, is a first grade\nstudent at Sunshine Elementary School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sunshine Elementary School, first grade teacher Aleida\nRivera wrote \u201cDavlin is a very positive role model for other students in the\nclassroom. She loves to help others even though she is very shy. She is always\nhelpful, offering positive affirmation and kindness to her peers. She is a very\nhonest and loving student who is generous to her classmates and\nfriends.\u201d  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nicolas Da Silva of Lehigh Acres is a fourth grade student\nat Manatee Elementary School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manatee Elementary School, fourth grade teacher Cayla Frogge\nwrote \u201cNicolas constantly goes above and beyond classroom and school\nexpectations. He exhibits prime leadership and respect to everyone he comes in\ncontact with. He is kind, courteous and an all-around rockstar!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kyleigh Brinkman of Lehigh Acres is a fourth grade student\nat  Tortuga Preserve Elementary\nSchool.                                                              Tortuga\nPreserve Elementary School, fourth grade teacher Valarie Shough\nwrote that \u201cKyleigh had just purchased a holiday bear from our school\nstore when she noticed a kindergarten student crying because she didn\u2019t have\nenough money to buy a bear. Kyleigh gave her bear to the upset student and\nasked for nothing in return. I feel that this was a very kind and generous\nact.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
