Her daughter Olivia, age 1, was in the\nback seat of the car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tilus picked up her daughter and exited the car, but failed to put\nit in park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once she was out of the car, the driver\u2019s side door was still open\nand the Kia rolled backward, causing Tilus to fall and land on the concrete\ndriveway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the fall, Olivia\u2019s head struck the concrete driveway.
