The first and\nperhaps the only form of accountability that immediately comes to your memory\nmay be that of election, or re-election to remove a bad government\nrepresentative. Although our election process may be a primary form of holding\nGovernment representatives accountable, it is not the only way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"432\" src=\"https:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/donald-trump-delivers-address-to-joint-session-of-congress.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-45230\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/donald-trump-delivers-address-to-joint-session-of-congress.jpg 768w, https:\/\/thelehighacresgazette.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/donald-trump-delivers-address-to-joint-session-of-congress-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>It is quite clear that many, both elected and non-elected\ngovernment agents are involved in corrupt acts and in need of removal. Although\nthe attitude of some of these corrupted Government employees may believe they\nare untouchable, our Founding Fathers gave us the responsibility to take\nsubstantial and real action in their removal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding those stubborn and unrepentant evildoers such as\nelected politicians, judges, clerks and others who are in need of immediate\nremoval, the use of recall petitions to remove these bad people can be quite\nuseful. Under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution, We The\nPeople have the guaranteed, God-given right to petition to redress our\ngrievances. The Father of the United States Constitution, James Madison, stated\nthat \u201cNo provision of the Constitution was meant to be without effect.\u201d What\nMadison clearly meant by his statement is that clear and real action must be\ntaken on behalf of the people making a complaint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All too often over the years, We The People have taken on a\n\u201cYou can&#8217;t fight city hall\u201d attitude and as many Americans now clearly see, the\nfive percent ruling class consisted of politicians, judges, lawyers, law\nenforcement and others, easily violate our most basic and God-given liberties\nwithout consequence to them. Understanding your rights, coupled with an attitude\nof acting to force accountability upon those who serve us, is desperately\nneeded. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here in the State of Florida, Americans have learned that\nthere is no particular political party nor Government representative that is\nany better than the rest at combatting government corruption. A major overhaul\nof our Government is well past due.
