K9 Deputies arrived on scene and conducted a free air sniff, which resulted in the K9 alerting to the odor of narcotics.&nbsp; Upon searching the vehicle, detectives found 4.9 grams of Fentanyl and 2.2 grams of Cocaine. &nbsp;Makeith Crews (DOB 10\/1\/71) was subsequently arrested and charged with Trafficking Fentanyl and Possession of Cocaine. &nbsp;Crews, a convicted felon and documented gang member, has been arrested 30 times in Lee County.&nbsp; Both Meaney and his passenger, Nicole Musker (DOB 1\/19\/81) were detained.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the vehicle, deputies discovered 16.81 grams of Fentanyl, 40.9 grams of Heroin, and two (2) firearms.&nbsp; One of the firearms was previously reported stolen.&nbsp; Detectives with the Narcotics Unit responded to the scene to assist in the investigation.&nbsp;&nbsp;Meaney, who is a convicted felon, was arrested and charged with Trafficking Fentanyl, Trafficking Heroin, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Owning a Vehicle for the Purpose of Trafficking a Controlled Substance. &nbsp;Meaney has been arrested more than 20 times in Lee County and has an extensive criminal history to include charges of possessing narcotics, Hit and Run, Robbery, Driving with a Suspended License, Reckless Driving and DUI.&nbsp; Meaney was recently released from prison in February 2019 after serving 8 years for trafficking illegal drugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The passenger, Nicole Musker, was found to be in possession of Fentanyl, Heroin, Cocaine, Methamphetamine, and Oxycodone. &nbsp;She was arrested and charged accordingly.&nbsp; Musker is also a convicted felon and has been arrested 14 times in Lee County and has been charged with numerous narcotics related charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLet me be crystal clear,\u201d stated Sheriff Carmine Marceno.&nbsp;
