Parrish, Executive Vice President & Lee County\nPresident of FineMark National Bank & Trusthas been actively\ninvolved with the Foundation Board for 20 years. He previously served as\nboard chair from 2007- 2009. His continuous support of the Foundation\u2019s\nprograms include, Golden Apple, The Partners in Education- State of Our Schools\nBreakfast, Mentoring for the Take Stock in Children Program, and many more have\nmade him a dedicated and valuable partner. The Foundation is thrilled to have\nMr. Parrish back for another term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mr. Parrish states, \u201cEducation is the center- piece to Florida\u2019s\neconomic future.\u201d \u201cThe greatest resource that our country has is the minds of\nour children, and that is why I am so passionate about our public school\nsystem. It is an honor to serve in this capacity.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Foundation also announces the reappointment of Dennie Hamilton\nand Michael Wukitsch.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Dennie Hamilton, Executive Vice President & CEO of LCEC has\nbeen involved with the Foundation since 2017 and is starting his sixth year\nwith us as Treasurer. He is dedicated to many of the Foundation\u2019s\nprograms such as, the Take Stock in Children 5k, Classroom Grants, and\nSTEM@Work, which makes him a strong partner of ours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Michael Wukitsch, Chief Human Resources Officer for Lee Health is\ncontinuing his role as Secretary for the Foundation. Lee Health has be involved\nwith the Foundation for many years and has been dedicated to Golden Apple and\nour College & Career Initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThe Foundation for Lee County Public Schools was founded by area\nbusiness leaders who recognized they have a vested interest in our District\nschools,\u201d says Marshall Bower, President & CEO of The Foundation for\nLee County Public Schools. \u201cWe continue to be led by a Board who has a keen\nunderstanding that the cornerstone of a sound economy is an excellent education\nfor our greatest asset, our children.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Foundation for Lee County Public Schools provides vital\nresources and programs to students and educators throughout the School District\nof Lee County.
