All the services will be provided specifically for people 55 and older.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u201cWe believe there\u2019s a\nsignificant need,\u201d Bell said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plan is to have the center in Lehigh operational by\nDecember, and services are not limited to people in Lee County.
