This work will also improve drainage and install\nnew underground utilities. A six-foot sidewalk will be constructed on both\nsides of the roadway. Motorists should expect lane closures during daytime\nhours. Project cost is $14.4 million. The contractor is Stevens and Layton,\nInc. The project will also add a grass median and LED lighting\nthroughout this segment. The project also includes constructing Florida\u2019s first\nContinuous Flow Intersection (CFI) at the intersection of SR 82 at Daniels\nParkway\/Gunnery Road. The CFI will ease traffic congestion at the intersection\nand include multiple signals to reduce turning delays. The expected completion\ndate is end of summer of 2019.
