State Roadways (US 41, SR 31,\nSR 78, SR 80, SR 82, SR 739, SR 865 and SR 867):<\/strong>\u202fMaintenance contract project:\nCrews are sweeping curb and gutter on state roadways and bridges.\u202f Motorists\nshould expect lane closures during nighttime\/overnight hours from 7 p.m. to 5\na.m., weather permitting.\u202f Motorists should expect slow moving traffic and\npossible delays. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

SR 884\/Colonial Boulevard from\nPear Street to SR 739\/Metro Parkway: \u202f\u202f<\/strong>Maintenance contract project:\nCrews will be replacing sidewalk on the north side of the roadway during\ndaytime hours, weather permitting. Motorists should use caution as crews work\nnear the roadway. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

SR 82 from Shawnee Road to Alabama Road: \u202fConstruction\nproject:<\/strong> \u202f Crews are widening SR 82 to six lanes from Shawnee\nRoad to Alabama Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Motorists should expect intermittent eastbound\nand westbound lane closures on\u202fSR 82 during daytime and nighttime\/overnight\nhours, Monday through Friday throughout the duration of the project, weather\npermitting.<\/strong>\u202f\u202f\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Motorists should expect side road closures\nthroughout the project limits.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional work includes construction of a median separating\nthree 12-foot travel lanes in each direction, bike lanes, a 5-foot sidewalk on\nthe north side and a 10-foot shared-use path on the south side. The project\nwill also add a grass median and LED lighting throughout this segment. The\nexpected completion date is late fall 2020. The Contractor is Ajax Paving\nIndustries of Florida, LLC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SR 82 from Lee Boulevard\/Colonial Boulevard to Shawnee\nRoad:<\/strong> \u202fConstruction project: \u202f Crews are widening SR 82 to\nsix lanes from east of Lee Boulevard to Shawnee Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Motorists should expect intermittent eastbound\nand westbound lane closures on\u202fSR 82 during nighttime\/overnight hours from 7\np.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Friday throughout the duration of the project,\nweather permitting.<\/strong>\u202f\u202f\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Meadow Road at Gunnery Road is PERMANENTLY\nclosed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         A temporary traffic signal has been installed at\nthe intersection of Ray Avenue South and Griffin Drive. Motorists should use\ncaution while driving in this area.<\/strong>\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional work includes construction of a median separating\nthree 12-foot travel lanes in each direction, 6.5-foot inside paved shoulders,\nbike lanes, a 5-foot sidewalk on the north side and a 10-foot shared-use path\non the south side. The project will also add a grass median and LED lighting\nthroughout this segment. The project also includes constructing Florida\u2019s first\nContinuous Flow Intersection (CFI) at the intersection of SR 82 at Daniels\nParkway\/Gunnery Road. The CFI will ease traffic congestion at the intersection\nand include multiple signals to reduce turning delays. The expected completion\ndate is end of summer of 2019. The Contractor is Ajax Paving Industries of\nFlorida, LLC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SR 82 from Alabama Road to the Lee\/Hendry County line:\u202f<\/strong>Construction\nproject:\u202f Crews will be widening SR 82 to four lanes from Alabama Road to the\nLee\/Hendry County line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Motorists should expect intermittent eastbound\nand westbound lane closures on\u202fSR 82 during nighttime\/overnight hours from 7\np.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Friday throughout the duration of the project,\nweather permitting.<\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Motorists should expect traffic shifts\nthroughout the duration of the project.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Motorists should expect Grant Boulevard closed\nthrough Friday, July 5.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Motorists should expect Kalamar Drive closed\nthrough September 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

82\/Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard from Rockfill Road to\nOrtiz Avenue<\/strong>:\u202f Construction project:\u202f\u202f Crews will be milling and\nresurfacing SR 82\/Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and constructing curb and\nshoulder during daytime and nighttime hours. Work occurs during daytime and\nnighttime hours.\u202fMotorists should expect intermittent lane closures through the\nduration of the project during daytime and nighttime\/overnight hours. Drivers\nshould use caution traveling in this area.\u202f Estimated completion is\nfall 2019.\u202f The contractor is Community Asphalt Corporation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

SR 80\/Palm Beach Boulevard from Oleander Avenue to Pine\nStreet<\/strong>: \u202f\u202fMaintenance contract project: Motorists should expect the outside\neastbound lane closed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, while crew\nrepave the shoulder, weather permitting. Motorists should use caution as crews\nwork in the roadway. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

SR 80\/Palm Beach Boulevard from Seaboard Street to\nUnderwood Street:<\/strong> \u202f\u202fMaintenance contract project: Motorists should expect\neastbound and westbound traffic delays during nighttime\/overnight hours as\ncrews perform storm drain maintenance, weather permitting.
