Period <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>plus $1.00 per $1,000 of the value of\nimprovements thereon using property appraiser data<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>The number for each for property that has an\nimprovement is NOT currently available on the Lee County Property appraiser\u2019s\nwebsite. (How can someone vote for something if the numbers are NOT available)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>It also means when the property appraiser\nraises this number your fire tax will go up. According to the property appraisers\noffice this number has increased for the past four years. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>&nbsp;with\nincreases limited by growth in Florida personal income over the previous 5\nyears<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>These numbers are NOT readily available either\n\u2026.
