As a result of an anonymous Crime Stoppers tip, the man responsible for breaking into a Lehigh home and groping an eight month pregnant woman is currently in law enforcement custody.<\/p>\n
This afternoon, Jerrion Gustave was taken into custody by Lee County detectives after receiving a tip on his identity from surveillance video released\u00a0Thursday\u00a0morning.\u00a0 Gustave has a criminal history, with his first felony arrest for burglary and theft at age 14.<\/p>\n
Gustave will be enroute to the Lee County Jail this evening, where he will be booked and charged with occupied burglary and battery on a pregnant victim.\u00a0 His mugshot will be available after that process takes place.<\/p>\n

Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for the public\u2019s help identifying an unknown black male, only known as \u201cJamal\u201d, who crawled through the window of a Lehigh Acres home last weekend and inappropriately kissed and grabbed an eight-month pregnant woman.<\/p>\n
The victim was sleeping in her sister\u2019s bedroom on Sunday, January 22nd, when she was woken up around\u00a06:40 a.m.\u00a0by a black male who crawled through the window.\u00a0 The man identified himself as \u201cJamal\u201d and stated that he was looking for the victim\u2019s sister.\u00a0 When the suspect was told that she wasn\u2019t home, he stated that he wasn\u2019t going to leave until he spoke with her.\u00a0 \u201cJamal\u201d was repeatedly told by the victim to leave the house, but he refused.\u00a0 Instead, he approached the victim, pulled up her shirt and began to kiss her stomach and grab body parts.\u00a0 In fear for her life, the victim stated she would go find her sister if \u201cJamal\u201d would quit touching and kissing her.\u00a0 He agreed, and the victim left the room and went to her mother\u2019s bedroom to report what was happening.\u00a0 To protect her daughter, the mother grabbed her concealed carry firearm and approached \u201cJamal\u201d and instructed him to leave the house.\u00a0 When he responded with rhetoric, she pulled out her firearm from behind her back and demanded that \u201cJamal\u201d leave the house, and proceeded to walk him to the front door of the residence.\u00a0 As he was leaving the home, surveillance cameras outside the house captured images of \u201cJamal.\u201d\u00a0 Now, detectives need the public\u2019s help identifying who the uninvited intruder is.<\/p>\n
