Authorities from there went to the home where he was thought to be and arrested him without incident after a\u00a0group of teenagers riding their bikes near Easton, Massachusetts, found Daniel Smith, 35, laying on the ground with a gunshot wound Tuesday,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/boston.cbslocal.com\/2016\/11\/13\/police-arrest-florida-man-connection-shooting-death-easton\/\">CBS affiliate WBZ-TV reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Noguera is facing charges of accessory to murder after the fact, armed robbery and larceny over $250, Massachusetts police say. Noguera also faces charges in South Carolina, including being a fugitive from justice.<\/p>\n<p>Noguera was taken to the J.
