The resolution states that the computer specialist tasked with setting up Clinton\u2019s server did not comply with two subpoenas ordering him to appear before the panel.<\/p>\n<p>Bryan Pagliano\u2019s attorneys said in a letter to the committee that the subpoenas revealed \u201ca naked political agenda\u201d to embarrass Pagliano by forcing him to assert his constitutional rights before the cameras just weeks before the presidential election.<\/p>\n<p>Clinton is the former secretary of state now running as the Democratic nominee for president.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Republican-led House committee has voted to hold in contempt of Congress a former State Department employee who helped set up Hillary Clinton\u2019s private email server.
