They have no record of an inquiring from Garner for an internal affairs investigation into what happened.<\/p>\n<p>Garner said she is looking to a law suit against the Lee County Sheriff&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A woman being served a \u201cNotice to Appear\u201d document by law enforcement was unlawfully taken into custody by deputies.
