Joel Blvd Lehigh Acres, according Hendry County Sheriff\u2019s Office Johnson was charged Tuesday with one count of homicide, second-degree murder not premeditated during other felony and one count of possession of weapon or ammo by convicted Florida felon, according to records from the Hendry County Jail.<\/p>\n<p>As of today, he remains in custody on $530,000 bond.<\/p>\n<p>Officials reported that Harris death was determined to be a homicide.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday the FDLE and FMPD detained Johnson in connection to her death.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lehigh Acres man has been accused in death of Alberta Harris, 50, whose body was discovered in Hendry County in April, days after she was reported missing.
