Isolated tornados are possible as temperatures are expected to reach 85 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>Southwest Florida, which is under a flood watch until 12 a.m. Tuesday, is expected not to have a direct impact from Colin as the storm\u00a0is expected to make landfall between Tampa and Cedar Key by\u00a0Monday evening.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Southwest Florida will see rain throughout much of the early evening Monday.
