It was learned four children were being punished by means of a stun gun.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation revealed Joshua Pierre Louis (DOB 03\/18\/87) and Roxanne Paduani (DOB 09\/17\/82) did in fact own a stun gun and they were using it as a tool to deter the children from misbehaving.
