A ride was caught on camera trying to push the ride with a sick.<\/p>\n<p>But those weren&#8217;t the only issues.<\/p>\n<p>A witness said, &#8220;All of a sudden we heard some clanging and banging on\u00a0the Fireball aka Ring of Fire ride. So we all turned around and looked and the next thing we know we see parts flying off.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The general manager of the company that owns the rides at the fair confirmed the incidents.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Christina Yancey was at the fair with her 1-year-old, when she saw the Fireball coming apart.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It was within feet of us,&#8221; she said. &#8220;It looked like a wheel piece from the track.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A representative with the state agency that inspects fair rides said the agency was aware of the Orient concern, but not the Fireball. The latter, according to the representative, is being discussed with fair management.<\/p>\n<p>In 2013 the Ring of Fire broke down injuring 5 children at the Lehigh Acres Spring Festival A year later the Rage in the Cage sent pieces of metal flying.
