The SUV caused the crash and fled the scene, according to investigators.<\/p>\n<p>The semi-truck was stuck in the middle of the road, and while the driver was assessing the damage, a second vehicle hit it.<\/p>\n<p>FHP said three people were in the second vehicle and that driver was airlifted.<\/p>\n<p>The vehicle that caused the initial crash has been located.
