Johnson has moved to 23051 Avenue D, Alva, FL 33920. His previous address was 16901 1st Street, Alva, FL 33920.<\/p>\n<p>Name\/Description: Marlian L. Johnson (DOB: 03\/03\/1940) B\/M; 5.11\u2019 feet tall; 240 lbs.; Black hair, Brown eyes<\/p>\n<p>New Address: 23051 Avenue D, Alva 33920 Johnson was convicted of Sexual Battery on a Victim under 12 in December 2003.<\/p>\n<p>Photographs and additional information on sexual offenders and predators can be retrieved on the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) website at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fdle.state.fl.us\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.fdle.state.fl.us<\/a>. The Lee County Sheriff\u2019s Office distributes this information to area schools, state registered daycare centers and Lee County Parks and Recreation facilities located within a one mile radius of the predator\u2019s residence.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the Sheriff&#8217;s Office has joined a partnership with FDLE by offering a link to a new feature. FDLE developed a notification service at the direction of the Florida Legislature as part of the state&#8217;s compliance with the federal Adam Walsh Act. Citizens may select an unlimited number of addresses and\/or offenders to track&#8230;and can update their selections at any time.
