Because the alleged mastermind worked for the Multi-State Lottery Association that administers games available for use by 37 states, it is feared other state lotteries may have been victims to fraud over the last several years.<\/div>\n<div>\nThe Multi-State Lottery Association is a non-profit, government-benefit association owned and operated by its member lotteries. Each MUSL member offers one or more of the games administered by MUSL including\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.powerball.com\/\">Powerball<\/a>\u00ae,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.megamillions.com\/\">Mega Millions<\/a>\u00ae,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.powerball.com\/hotlotto\/hl_main.asp\">Hot Lotto<\/a>\u00ae,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.powerball.com\/wildcard\/wc_main.asp\">Wildcard<\/a>\u00ae,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.powerball.com\/2by2\/2by2_main.asp\">2 by 2<\/a>\u00ae.
