O\u2019Neil Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Preferred Community Bank said,\u00a0\u201cWe are only acquiring the Lehigh Acres branch of Reliance Bank.\u201d She went on to say \u201cPreferred Community Bank is 100% committed to the community of Lehigh Acres.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Richard M. Sems President and CEO of Reliance Bank confirmed the acquisition of the Lehigh Acres Reliance branch by Preferred Community Bank that is in the hands of the FDIC for approval.
