The start date has not been finalized do to zoning requirements with Lee County and regulatory requirements so Preferred Community Bank can move locations.<\/p>\n<p>Brenda M. O\u2019Neil Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Preferred Community Bank said,\u00a0Preferred Community Bank is 100% committed to the community of Lehigh Acres. We have a opportunity to help the community and a growing company as Culver&#8217;s is. If all goes well for Culver&#8217;s,\u00a0Preferred Community Bank will also have a new home in Lehigh Acres at will be very convenient location for our current and future banking patrons.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nSteve Thomas Chairman Greater Lehigh Acres Chamber of Commerce said; Glad to have Culver\u2019s as a part of the community. Thomas went on to say, this is just the beginning for more national chains coming to the Lehigh Acres area.<\/p>\n<p>Justin Lawler franchise owner of the Culver\u2019s Restaurant that&#8217;s heading to Lehigh Acres said, I can\u2019t comment on all the details at this time but we are currently working on this project.<\/p>\n<p>The first Culver\u2019s opened in Sauk City, Wisconsin, in 1984. The first successful franchised restaurant opened in Baraboo, WI. \u00a0The first restaurant outside of Wisconsin was opened in Buffalo, Minnesota.<\/p>\n<p>Culver\u2019s was co-founded by Craig and Lea Culver and Craig\u2019s parents George and Ruth.<\/p>\n<p>There are more than 500 restaurants in 22 states. Each restaurant employs 30\u201375 team members year-round, with approximately 10 additional summertime positions. Restaurants seat 98-118 guests but one being built in Lehigh Acres\u00a0will have 123 seats.<\/p>\n<p>The Culver\u2019s Menu: Culver\u2019s states: We put our heart and soul into every meal.
