He later appeared before an immigration judge in Texas.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Because his name was never entered into an international database by officials in Belize, immigration officials say Hyde was not a known fugitive and was released on bond.<\/p>\n<p>Rumor has it, Hyde was trying to seek asylum in the U.S., claiming his life would be in danger if he was ever sent back to Belize.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, Lehigh Acres Gazette uncovered Hyde was a suspect in a double murder case in Belize back in 2013. Police say Hyde is a suspect in a robbery of a cell phone store in the country&#8217;s capital city.<\/p>\n<p>Hyde was arrested back in November after officials in Belize say he assaulted a Police officer. Hyde&#8217;s trial was set to start around the same time he entered the U.S. illegally.<\/p>\n<p>Hyde is still in the Lee County jail on three murder charges, and one charge of killing an unborn child.
