Pearson stated of course he wanted to thank Melissa,\u00a0Steve Knot\u00a0and the staff at\u00a0Mirror Lakes Golf Club\u00a0for hosting and being so accommodating with the torrential downpour that moved our event to the inside for the kickoff.<\/p>\n<p>Next was\u00a0Beefs Lehigh which provided the nuclear wing challenge at their location. Then was volunteer\/he\u2019s fianc\u00e9e\u00a0Dawn Houser\u00a0at\u00a0The American Eagle Mortgage Co,\u00a0at our new farm with the horseshoe toss and provided prizes. Next stop was with Jose V. Caez and Habitat for Humanity in N Ft Myers which added a trivia challenge, and then they moved to downtown Ft Myers where\u00a0Jennifer Wood\u00a0with the\u00a0Law Offices of Antonio Faga\u00a0provided a corn hole challenge.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Then of course we had our own fitness instructor and volunteer\u00a0Teresa Lynn\u00a0at the mall. Then teams headed south our contestants headed to\u00a0Haneys Cafe where\u00a0Tammy Jones\u00a0put them through a sprint challenge, and finally Rebecca and the trainers at\u00a0Around the Clock Fitness Alico\u00a0at the new Alico location administered the final fitness challenge.<\/p>\n<p>The winners who definitely made it a race around the county\u00a0were Justin Guess,\u00a0Karina Borgia\u00a0and\u00a0Lauren Guess\u00a0better known as team WTF (where&#8217;s the finish).<\/p>\n<p>Next event is August 22nd our 2nd annual 5k run\/walk.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Joe Pearson the CEO of Healthy Harvest Community Farms Scavenger Hunt\/Adventure Race was such a great success.
