He was also honored at an awards luncheon at McDonald\u2019s regional office in Tampa, hosted by regional general manager Karen Garcia and regional vice president Harry Thomas, were he was presented with a commemorative watch and certificate of honor. Last month, he also enjoyed a four-day\u00a0trip\u00a0to\u00a0Chicago, to attend\u00a0the Ray Kroc Awards\u00a0Annual\u00a0Gala,\u00a0hosted\u00a0by\u00a0McDonald\u2019s\u00a0USA, LLC\u00a0president\u00a0Mike Andres.<\/p>\n<p>Ray\u00a0Kroc built\u00a0the\u00a0McDonald\u2019s\u00a0business\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0belief\u00a0that\u00a0greatness\u00a0can\u00a0only\u00a0be\u00a0achieved\u00a0through\u00a0the dedication and support\u00a0of\u00a0a\u00a0company\u2019s\u00a0people.
