Pedro Cabrera Rodriguez was critically injured and taken to Lee Memorial Hospital. Peter Anthony Cabrera \u00a0received serious injuries and was transported to Lee Memorial Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>The crash happened at the\u00a0intersection of Milwuakee Boulevard\u00a0just after 3 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a Ford F-350 driven by 39-year-old Ryan Todd Powers was traveling east on Homestead Road approaching Homestead Road South.<\/p>\n<p>A second vehicle driven by Pedro Cabrera Rodriguez was traveling north on Homestead Road South approaching Milwakee Boulevard.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities say Powers violated the right-of-way of Rodriguez&#8217;s vehicle and both vehicles entered the intersection. The front of Powers&#8217; vehicle struck the left side of the other vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Both of the back seat passengers &#8211; Garcia and Onesimo Rodriguez &#8211; who were riding in Carbrera&#8217;s vehicle died, FHP says.<\/p>\n<p>Troopers believe heavy rain at the time of the crash could have played a role.<\/p>\n<p>Powers was not injured and is charged with violation of the right-of-way.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The two people who did not survive a crash on Homestead Road in Lehigh Acres Friday are identified as Aida Perez Garcia and Onesimo Medaldo Rodriguez.
