Mix in the Rice into the pot until the turmeric is all mixed in.<\/p>\n<p>Add blended onion, garlic &amp; parsley mix.<\/p>\n<p>Stir the rice and all these ingredients, now close the pot and let it sit for 30 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Open the pot,\u00a0add your water and stir. Let it\u00a0cook until the water if fully absorbed into the rice. Leave the pot lid 1\/2 open to cook to perfection. Stir Occasionally till fully cooked.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The Lamb Meat (Gyro Meat):\u00a0Cook Time: 30-35 Mins<\/p>\n<p>2 lbs of lamb cut into slices (as shown in the picture below)<br \/>\n1\/4 Cup olive oil<br \/>\n2 Tsp lemon juice<br \/>\n1\/2 Tsp coriander<br \/>\n3 Cloves of garlic<br \/>\n1\/2 cup blended cilantro, parsley and onions<br \/>\n1 Tsp Ground cumin<br \/>\n1\/2 T Dried whole oregano or use 1 Tsp chopped fresh oregano<\/p>\n<p>*parsley\u00a0simmered in the lamb\u00a0meat when\u00a0finish cooking.<\/p>\n<p>Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>Method: \u00a0Wash the Lamb meat with lemon and water. When you\u2019re\u00a0finish\u00a0cleaning the lamb, put the meat in a bowl and add all the\u00a0ingredients\u00a0listed.<\/p>\n<p>Let the meat sit in the fridge\u00a0at-least\u00a0an hour before cooking.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>White Sauce:\u00a0Preparation Time: 10 Mins<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup of mayo<br \/>\n1 Cup of Ranch dressing<br \/>\n1\/4 Cup of white vinegar<br \/>\n1\/3 Cup of plain Greek yogurt<br \/>\n1\/3 Cup of sour cream<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. of prepared horseradish<br \/>\n1\/2 Tsp. Salt<br \/>\n1\/2 Tsp. Cracked black pepper<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. Lemon juice<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. of White sugar<br \/>\n3 Tsp.
