Let this simmer for 2 minutes on medium heat.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Add the freshly chopped Tomatoes on top of Onions and let it simmer for 30 Seconds without turning.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0Stir \u00a0the Tomatoes into the Onions let this simmer for 1 minute<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Add 1 Can of Tomato Paste. Spread the paste to cover the chopped\/simmered Onions and Tomatoes. Do not turn just let it sit on top for 2-3 minutes.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Add the Salt, Black pepper, Cayenne pepper and Cumin. Stir all ingredients and let it simmer in the covered pan for 2 minutes on a low heat.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Open the pan and crack 3 Eggs over the\u00a0tomatoes\u00a0sauce.\u00a0Let this simmer open for 5 minutes on low heat.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Cover the pan for about 5 minutes on a medium heat. Open pan and gently take turn each egg over.
