Three new project reviews are scheduled to come before the Lehigh Acres Architectural Planning and Zoning Review Board at its next meeting on Thursday, Nov. 20 at 5:30 p.m. at 1299 Homestead Rd., in the back of the Lehigh Sheriff’s substation on Homestead Rd.<\/p>\n
Chairman of the architectural and zoning review board is Greg Diserio who has noted in the agenda that the three projects to be discussed are:<\/p>\n
Super Walmart in Lehigh on Lee Blvd. is asking for a revision. It is requesting a change to its approved NMCP for an increase in building square feet for a liquor store additions and a deviation to allow a separation of 416 feet from a residential property. James Smith of CPH Engineers will represent Walmart.<\/p>\n
Jema A.P.T, an existing model home at 4503 Lee Blvd. Request will be made before the board for approval for converting a model home to an office. Rosales Trejo Marco Antonio and Jesse Reyes will be representing the applicant.<\/p>\n
Naranjo property at 101 Delaware Rd. A request is being made to convert two residential buildings to commercial use in a three phase plan in compliance with zoning resolution Z-11-0-19.<\/p>\n
Diserio said the Walmart project was heard by the board in July of this year, but the county has required them to have an additional public meeting due to the additional deviation request.<\/p>\n
New businesses that desire to locate in Lehigh or make changes and planning and zoning requests are asked to come to the Lehigh Acres Architectural Review Board for examination and a vote of yes to move on, or a no to stop or make changes.<\/p>\n
The public is invited to attend these meetings and learn about new companies planning to come to Lehigh and requests for changing in present zoning for new requests.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
