The nationwide pool of Semifinalists, representing less than one percent of U.S. high school seniors, includes the highest scoring entrants in each state.\u00a0Lehigh Acres is home to the following Semifinalists this year:<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<table border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"314\"><strong>Christian Dimaculangan<\/strong><\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"314\"><strong>Lehigh Senior High School<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more-->Established in 1955, the National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) is an independent, not-for-profit organization that conducts the National Merit\u00ae Scholarship Program and the National Achievement\u00ae Scholarship Program\u2013annual competitions for recognition and college undergraduate scholarships.
